The Izhnefteplast LLC was founded in 1997. The company specializes in design and manufacture of pumping equipment. The main activity of the enterprise is the development and manufacture of electric submersible centrifugal pumps (ESP) for oil, as well as components and parts for ESP. Components and parts of ESP are manufactured using the latest generation of polymer composite materials with high melting point, high corrosion resistance (chemical neutrality to the aggressive contained in the reservoir fluid) and provide high purity and low adhesion surfaces of parts and components of ESP.

The company employs more than 300 employees. The production area is about 4000 m2. The consumers of the Izhnefteplast LLC are all the leading Russian oil companies and factories producing submersible oil equipment.

Use of our technologies allows to reduce the rate of salt deposits and asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits on the surfaces of the stages, parts and components of ESP are not less than 3 times compared with metal working parts, that in turn allows you effectively to operate the ESP in high intensity of salts both with application of inhibitors and without them.

The use of polymer materials reduces power consumption and  likelihood of break-down flight of the equipment into an oil well.
